March Meet the Maker - Week 3
I've really enjoyed this week. Being around other creatives really helps when trying to work out how to keep you all interested in my feed.
Although I have no idea how to embed a boomerang on this blog, so you've got a still instead!

Day 15 of #MarchMeetTheMaker for @joannehawker
•
I love boomerang, I have to resist using it all the time. Although I'm rarely brave enough to turn the camera around and point it at myself.
•
So instead you've got this little neon bird who is making me feel all spring like at the @whitespacealresford emporium today.
•
You can also find him online

Day 16, half way through the #MarchMeetTheMaker by @joannehawker
•
I actually have quite a few people who help me with various aspects of my business. Thank you all, especially @rose_mccullaghbutler & @sophmccullagh_!
•
But we all know that in reality #OuchDog is the helper of all helpers 💕
•
Here she is 'helping' me sew bags at @whitespacealresford yesterday. She is so patient, never complains when I rush from one thing to the next and don't have to take her for a long walk.
•
Thanks Ouchie, love you big time

Day 18 of #MarchMeetTheMaker for @joannehawker
•
I get stuck a kick out of finding beautiful things for my website. Often I even have a client in mind when buying vintage, so they sell pretty quickly, these little port glasses didn't even make it online before they were snapped up!
•
I love searching for beautiful things, old and new, and they can't all end up in my cottage which is bursting at the seams already.
•
These beautiful things also inspire me to get designing and I hope to make all sorts of exciting products in the coming years.
👌👌👌 CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT 👌👌👌

Day 19 of #MarchMeetTheMaker for @joannehawker
•
This was SO hard. There are so many things that I thought could apply, but in reality the only things I can't live without are my family and friends.
•
So as I finally sat down at the end of a looong day I saw the tulips that I potted last autumn, my neon zebra, a mantle piece covered in photos of people that I love. Not to mention a pair of drawings of dashing young regency bucks! At last I thought, yup, that's it.
•
I can't live without home. Even when I'm on the other side of the world the knowledge that a happy home is there when I want to return to it, that is what I cannot live without.
•
Fresh spring flowers, black and white pictures, a fireplace, this rather midnight picture depicts my happy place, each thing was given to me or represents someone I love and remember wherever I am.
