Returns
All returns & exchanges require a proof of purchase.
There is a 10% restocking charge to refunds unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Your order can be cancelled before the items are fulfilled at no charge.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unless it is a vintage item, in which case it must be unused by you.
Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. To exchange your goods please send pictures of the item in original packaging or vintage items in exactly the same condition that you received it. We will then confirm that the goods can be exchanged for another size or colour if in stock.
Damaged Goods

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, last chance saloon items, beauty items, jewellery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the 10% restocking charge, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank or credit card company, there may be a delay in receiving the funds that is out of our control.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
Due to the nature of our site all refunds will be returned to the purchaser via the exact payment method. If you would rather the item was returned and a gift card sent instead then please contact us before returning the item. We will do everything we can to be as understanding as possible.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
