All returns & exchanges require a proof of purchase
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unless it is a vintage item, in which case it must be unused by you.
Our exchange policy lasts 60 days. To exchange your goods please send pictures of the item in original packaging or vintage items in exactly the same condition that you received it. We will then confirm that the goods can be exchanged for another size or colour if in stock.
We will of course replace items if they are defective or damaged before you open them. Please contact us directly to inform of any damages.
Gift cards, Earrings, used items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Last Chance or Discounted Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Last Chance Saloon items cannot be refunded.
Due to the nature of our site all refunds will be returned to the purchaser via the exact payment method. If you would rather the item was returned and a gift card sent instead then please contact us before returning the item. We will do everything we can to be as understanding as possible.
To return your product, you should email us directly.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
