All returns & exchanges require a proof of purchase
We do not offer returns on items unless they are faulty or not as described. If you would instead like to exchange a product for something else on our website see below and contact us directly.
Our exchange policy lasts 60 days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unless it is a vintage item, in which case it must be unused by you.
To exchange your goods please send pictures of the item in question. We will then confirm via email that the goods can be exchanged.
We will of course replace items if they are defective or damaged before you open them. Please contact us directly to inform of any damages. If items are one offs or we are out of stock we will issue a refund.
Gift cards, earrings, used items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Last Chance or Discounted Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately Last Chance Saloon items cannot be exchanged.
Due to the nature of our site all refunds will be returned to the purchaser via the exact payment method. We will do everything we can to be as understanding as possible.
To return your product, you should email us directly.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
